Life is a Thrill Ride

Many people every year buy tickets and spend the day or day's at an amusement park. The park is filled with a variety of food vendors, games with prizes and most notably rides. The main selling point of these rides is the thrill and danger presented by the ride. Usually there is some new attraction that has a new concept or some sort of spin on an already present concept. The park is responsible for the safety of anyone who makes their way through their gate, regardless of the well known "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" warning upon arrival. These rides are safe, rarely do you hear of an accident, especially in contrast when compared to the amount of visitors take a seat in these fun factories.
Nobody enters an amusement park with the notion that they are in real danger upon boarding one of these rides. Actually, the entire experience is something that is looked forward to by the participants, and is supposed to be a highly enjoyable experience, that provides opportunity for memories of laughter and smiles. YET, people get scared, and often times do fear some of these rides...... knowing(or at least extremely confident) that it is perfectly safe.
Often times in life a lot of people refrain from participating in many activities and yield themselves from opportunity because of this same illusion recognized as FEAR. Some people are afraid of a roller-coaster derailing, some are afraid of failure. Other people may fear heights, while others could possibly be terrified confrontation. Quite often the speed of a particular ride could be conceived as being "too much to handle" and synonymously, while some people fear that they may not be able to "keep up" with life during turbulent and busy times.
Whatever the scenario, whether or not we're describing a situation that take place in an amusement park or in "real life", the element of fear is manufactured in the individuals mind. This fear is located ONLY in the mind, and only will vacate once confronted through critical thought, or hands on grappling with the particular element of fear. Because we create it, only we can destroy it.
Life, just like an amusement park is something that should be enjoyed and embraced, regardless of the weather, the "scary" rides, or whatever undesirable condition/situation summoned. In both of these cases there is always room for laughter and enjoyment, good times can always be had. Once we conquer and omit these fears that hold us back in life we can finally begin enjoying any ride we take a seat on in life. We just need to realize that there is no real danger in life. The only reason we manifest FEAR is due to our own mental condition, that was shaped by lifetime's being spent under social conditioning that seeks to CONTROL. We can laugh and smile at the twists and turns, the ups and downs, and get a great deal of joy from the unexpected surprises thrown at us.

Live according to your own standards, some may not understand and that's okay as long as they don't attempt to change your life. When someone is criticizing your life, they're probably just afraid that you may be right, but they're only afraid of being wrong because they have yet to chose a life of their own.

COMBAT CONTROL!
