Time Travel, Communication, Reality???

Genesis 1:27
- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

According to this passage in the Christian Bible, we are created in the image of God. This is very interesting and I’m sure there are as many interpretations as there are people who have read the passage.
We share the appearance of GOD, with God!
Please consider an abstract idea I was struck with recently, it involves creation, it involves God(s), it involves human intervention. With the scripture of Genesis 1:27 in mind alongside the miraculous events that take place within the Christian Bible, am I out of place when I think that time travel isn’t beyond probability?
What I’m saying is that perhaps in the future, mankind possesses the knowledge to travel through time, back in time. The bible was written by man, and many different times(which is a different discussion), therefore the book is the word of man, not God (we‘ll get to God being Man, i.e. mankind, thought, consciousness, “present awareness” at a later point in “time”. Genesis describes the birth or beginning of man, could these primitive beings have the knowledge, desire, and means to record this event?
Maybe, through consciousness and quantum physics mankind has traveled back in time, to deliver an idea that was recorded in many holy books, as a way to guide humanity onto a particular path. I know this may sound absurd, but not anymore ridiculous than a man in the sky, who keeps track of everything and listens and answers to all.
This potential time travel could be responsible for pivotal moments in the human history. Perhaps, any contact early humans have had with God or Gods were moments of future man meeting primitive man, granting intelligence via science or consciousness. The establishment of “great” civilizations could be the work of 1 moment of “modern” mans intervention in historical events.
I of course also consider these same scenarios being the same, but with E.T. intervention instead of human(Earth originated species) intervention.
Just to include an example of “E.T.” intervention, I’ll summon a phrase taken from Robert Anton Wilson’s “Cosmic Trigger Volume 1: The Final Secret of the Illuminati”. Several recent Buddha’s (Aleister Crowley, Timothy Leary, Robert Anton Wilson) have all made claim to having interstellar communicative experiences. Whether these events were in fact literal communication with the star system Sirius, altered states of consciousness, psychological hallucinations, or possibly time travel at work,

I would like to note that all of last described experiences are basically the same event occurring, but being described with different words in accordance to various perception prescriptions ; )

Is of no real concern, the fact that these happenings, happened, is to me what should be the focus of importance because these moments were pivot points in the lives of each of these individuals. I would like to say that I have shared a the same phenomena, but the truth is that I have only come close. Not the same, but very similar, with definite impact on my psyche, and life thereafter. This is material for a later post, and I digress. Without continuing to ramble on I’ll just exit this entry with the same message that Robert Anton Wilson received upon the exiting of an entity from a far away star system (Sirius) after making contact by whatever means can be fathomed/explained by anyone attempting to interpret reality.
